Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, and the type of help you need. You can also provide a phone number, property location, timing, preferred contact method, and a message. Rick and his operations team use this information to respond and coordinate your inquiry.

FormSubmit processes the form and emails it to Rick’s Gmail, with a copy to his operations team. Its spam protection may use Google reCAPTCHA. Please do not submit sensitive documents or identification numbers. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing practices.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions with this website, including page views, clicks on phone and email links, and attempts to submit the inquiry form. A submission attempt does not confirm that an inquiry was delivered.

Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information about visits, such as browser and device information. Our tracking code omits form entries, contact-link addresses, URL query strings, and fragments. Referring websites are reduced to their origin, without their paths or query strings. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website tag.

Your browser choices

Our website does not load its Analytics tag when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These choices do not prevent you from contacting Rick.
